Custom Parts Order Policy
Most products ship in 3-5 business days. Sometimes this is not possible due to extenuating circumstances but if that is the case we will ship your product as soon as possible. Should you have any concerns about your product feel free to reach out to us.
Some products may also take longer if they are made to order. Any products that are made to order products will say so in the product description and an estimated turn around time.
Currently, we are only shipping to the mainland of the USA. If you are from anywhere else, please message us and we can see what we can do, the only thing is the cost to ship it may be greater.
Shipping Policy
ALL ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER. NO PRODUCTS ARE KEPT IN STOCK.
Most products ship in 5-10 business days. Sometimes this is not possible due to extenuating circumstances but if that is the case we will ship your product as soon as possible. Should you have any concerns about your product feel free to reach out to us. We will respond within 24hrs of our system receiving your message.
Larger products, such as aero kit parts, may also take longer (15-20 business days). This is due to a majority of the aero kits requiring custom boxes to be made so they ship safely and undamaged to you, the customer.
Orders are insured to the full value of the invoice. Therefore, if items arrived damaged please reach out to us to assist in the process of filing a claim. If items arrive damaged it will be up to the carrier to issue you a refund. Once your refund is received, please reach out again so we can mark your order are urgent. This way we can get your product to you as quickly as possibly.

In the past, there has been issues in regards to receiving purchase items in a timely manor. To resolve this issue we have enacted the following policy to both incentivize us to ship out orders in a more timely manor. As well as to restore confidence in you the customer in the Unsupported Performance name. This policy does not apply to gift certificates raffled off at carshows.
3 Months Past Full Invoice Payment W/O Delivery: 25% Refund on Order
6 Months Past Full Invoice Payment W/O Delivery: 50% Refund on Order
9 Months Past Full Invoice Payment W/O Delivery: 100% Refund on Order
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, and Design Changes can be made prior to order being made. Products are not stocked on site, they are made to order. Therefore, once order fulfillment and fabrication have begun Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, and Design Changes will no longer be accepted. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN A POLICY ABOVE, IN WHICH YOU MUST HAVE FULL DOCUMENTATION.
If a custom order is cancelled, there is a 20% design fee that will be kept from the overall total of the order. This fee is non-negotiable. Only a partial refund of your order will be issued.
If a custom order is about to be fabricated and there is change last minute, a $60/hr design fee will be added to the invoice to be paid additionally. This will be based off of the overall time the last minute changes took and their impact to the overall deadline.
